Guys. you won't regret to have the ARB front bumper. And it is rare to have specials on these items too.

Plus the man needs to free up some space for his other goodies!!!!

Heck, we can all quote you if you want. Ryanc says "I keep hearing this bumper is a PITA to put on, this true."

How's that?

I really need to stop coming in this forum as it only despresses me that I can't spend the money on anything right now.

How hard is it to put on? Not very hard.

You need to check the nuts/fittings for slag and knock off the little critters before you try bolting it up. That was the one problem I found when doing mine.

How rough was it to put on? Did it in one afternoon with a late start. Now there are a lot of pieces so you really do have to read the instructions. I also happened to love all the little pieces as they are what makes the bumper a complete bumper.

Adding a winch? Easy, what else can I say.

Adjusting the fog lights. How easy can it get?

Running lights? Haven't yet bothered to wire those up, but I will soon. Wiring loom is a snap.

How many people did it take? Well other than a little hand to set it in place by my 4' 10"+ wife, it was only me.

Other than the stylish looks and compliments I get about it what do I like?

Well, heh, when I went to swap out the front springs and the floor jack didn't get me enough height I drug out my 48" hi-lift Jack slipped it into the hardly noticable holes designed especially for this sort of thing and bang! It jacked up slicker than snot on a brick oven.

How much did I appreciate that little feature? Well, the ARB rear bumper is now by only choice, period. When you hafta lift to get free is just does not get any better.

edit: there is a place to hang your D-rings just below the bumper. Or you can leave off the crush cans with the plastic caps and use your stock hooks or build your own bolt on if you want your rings higher. Personally I wanted the crush cans to soften the blow if it ever was needed.

Now David, I have a question for you, does your sale also extend to the rear bumper? I bought the fronts from you last year so I cannot take advantage of a combo offer and they weren't available when I bought mine. :(

The biggest problem (other than the above) is that it is heavy... really heavy!!

That said I did install it in one day and I was alone, took probably 4 hours or so. If I had known to purchase a 10mm tap beforehand it would have taken probably 1.5 hours. For some reason they powdercoat the threads.

Now that it is on I absolutely love it. It is by far the best looking full width out there. Another selling point is that the winch fairlead is recessed into the bumper. The only 2 things I would change are those silly looking plastic bumperettes and the rectangle amber lights they put on it, I just left them as reflectors because I saw no need to hook them up.

Thanks for you input this helps. I was thinking of the LOD midwidth, but I like the look of a full width bumper. For me it is between the ARB and AEV, buuut the AEV is insanely expensive. Is there a big difference in quality?

The bumper is not "hard" to put on with simple hand tools it goes on pretty easy really. The crush cans do not have to be retained so you can skip that step if you want.

Also cant quote you a price that is different from the website to be honest we can not go any lower.

Between the AEV and ARB they are both really nice bumpers quality is awesome on both of them.

Hope I answered all the questions if anybody has any more feel free to give me a call.
