Just received mine today and got them installed tonight. Took maybe 10 minutes.

Depends on the year of your vehicle. The 07-10's should twist and pull off. The 11-12's have to be removed from under the hood. They have a pinch type fastener. You need to open the hood, locate the bottom of the bumper, and pinch it with pliers. Once the fastener is pinched, they pull off from the top side. The 11-12's are easier to remove with a helper. Someone to pinch, and someone to pull the bumper out.
