I got the tailgate installed and am loving it. Anyone having issues with the metal bending on the tailgate?? Mine has bent pretty badly. I'll post a pic tomorrow.

You mean the inner skin of the tailgate bending where the bracket is? That would take a lot of force. The sheetmetal is pretty stout... I broke several of the supplied screws and had to upsize to higher grade hardware.

No, the bracket that came with the kit. The sheetmetal is fine.

Lets see some pic's....rackin my brain on how that would bend? Either way i can just send you out a new one one charge...maybe it was some weak metal?
