FYI, I just got off the phone with Joe @ TeraFlex - he's going to go double check their floor model and make sure we get the right settings and he'll post them up here in a bit.

For those of you that did not see my post.
Your directions have the control arms on the driver side with the grease zerk at the top.
But when I installed my control arms the zerk on the driver side was down and on the passenger side was up.
Driver side zerk on bottom.
Passenger side zerk on top. In the background you can see my adjustable front track bar.
Directions are wrong. There is a more indepth write up here.

Thanks for the replies! The question I have is will it hurt anything to be run as Mark D shows in the pic. I too lined up the control arm with the bend being basically the same as the stock arm. This put the rubber bushing end on the axle. My zerks are oriented as decribed, one up , one down on the frame mounts. I have everything on my suspension functioning better since I lifted, no esp issues now whatso ever. I hate to mess it up

Front upper arms: Axle end, insert bolt in the end holes.
Front lower arms: Mount with clevite bushing end on frame, modular flex joint on axle end. Current production ends will have one grease zert up and the other down. Looks like it will 4-5 months before the ends come with 2 holes for grease zerts.
Rear upper arms: Flex end joint bolts in frame end
Rear lower arms: Mount with clevite bushing end on frame, modular flex joint on axle end.
Because of these thread and several others recently, new improved instructions are in the works.

Mark D, how long have you and the other guy been running your arms backwards? I guess it's safe to assume that we have them on wrong, but will it really hurt anything? I really can't figure how it would, cause if it was a fixed arm with rubber bushings at both ends , or like the curries with joints at both ends , the end result is still there and the correct caster is still there. Maybe more flex, cause the joint is at the axle? I'm gonna change mine, but a few more days like it is can't hurt. Have you guys wheeled them with the arms wrong?
