Default Hi-lift Jack Mount. I need your help.

I'm working on a new Hi-Lift Jack Mount. If this is something that you would be interested in, then I've got a favor to ask. I'm looking to verify a couple of dimensions. Each mount bracket will be bolted using two holes (FYI, one will need to be tapped) on the back of the role bar. I've noticed that on my Jeep, there is a difference between the driver's side dimensions and passenger side dimensions, between the two holes. If you could measure the DIFFERENCE between each side, It would help me a bunch. Here is a picture of the drivers side measurement.

Mine measures 2.72" on the Driver's Side and 2.64" on the Passenger's side.

FYI, I plan to sell the kit for $85 plus shipping.

Help me out with this, be a kit tester and I've got a nice surprise that will be added to your order.

Pic of the prototype brackets.

I just grabbed my micrometer and went out and measured the bolts. I got pretty much the same as yours. 2.71 on the Driver's Side and 2.63 on the Passenger's side. the difference being that my bolts are turned a little more than yours are. but the measurements are spot on. I like the look of the bracket. it looks much more stable than others I've seen.

What are you saying? 2 Doors aren't going to like my design?

If you can stop by that would be great. Hopefully you'll have your soft top on (the other thing that I need to check).

Aww, I have a 60" hi-lift. It won't fit with your kit.

The passenger side sure looks tight for a 2 door soft top. Especially if you want to lower/raise the top.
