JP magazine also did a cool write up on these lights a while back. I do also recommend the brackets as I used the smitybilt ones and the ballast hit the windshield and limited my adjustment. I still have the smitybilt ones, but will order a pair of brackets soon
Thanks for the recommendation! Smart thinkin' using these as your main headlights until you could get everything figured out!

I have to the 7 inch HID lights on my windshield and been rocking them for a year now. Instructions are very well laid out and iinstallation is very simple even for the novice, the hardest part of the installation is trying to figure out where to put the button. I was forced to use the Smittybuilt Windshield brackets And had to drill in additional hole to mount the lights, it works but I would prefer the HIDx windshield brackets.

the lights are super bright and I have been able to light up the entire length of the street in my neighborhood. I have my lights aimed slightly higher than the factory high beams.

This is my 10 JK (Forest Green) i traded it in and got a 11 JK (Cosmo Blue) i have the lights just no pics of them on the new JK.

I agree with the other posts that it would be better if the lights came in a pencil pattern or spot pattern but dont knock the euro pattern, at first i was hesitant but after seeing them first hand they are not that bad its like a cross between a spot and flood.

Dont have any night pics but give me till the weekend and ill try to take some then.

FYI ... I bought my lights from Alternative Offroad way before they were a sponsor and they are on point, fast and prompt deliver.

I found a comparison photo from one of our customers who mounted 2 4" lights on the hood of his Ford Raptor.

The first picture is low beams only, and the second is the HID-X/low beams

Those who are wondering about the bracket, and how it works with the antenna, this should help!

Thank you!! We will get your lights shipped out as soon as possible, thanks for the kudos!

Guys, we are SOLD OUT of the 4" lights until Thursday of next week, and then we will only have 8 lights left for a month or so.. If you are thinking about getting lights, we strongly recommend you get them now while we still have some left. We do have 7" lights here.

Thanks!

Getting a few more boxes of 4" lights in this week, and then it could be 2 months until we see any more. Get these while they last!
