No reply yet from Rugged Ridge, but I'm sure their customer service department will get back to me soon ... please?

They will. They helped me out with my fenders. The fronts cracked at the seams and they replaced both fenders for me as the vendor i purchased from said they were out of warranty.

Cool. How long did it take them to contact you?

Rugged Ridge is taking care of me now, and I have to say they have by far exceeded the best customer service I've ever had. Simply terrific!

That's good to know...so, was the issue your jeep or the flares?

The flares. They cracked at the seams on both of the front 3 weeks after I installed. Got a new set of fronts yesterday.

I'm not sure how it could be the jeep since it came off the same assembly line as all the other JKs... my problem was the liners and front fenders.

Ahhhh, interesting. I guess I'm not the only one (not that it makes me feel any better). I had a flare crack about six months ago that they replaced promptly. I just had both front flares crack and fail within two days of each other (while I was towing the Jeep behind my motorhome on the highway). I called Rugged Ridge and spoke to Richard Shutts who commented that "They're just too brittle". He sent out two new flares right away but I have a bad feeling this is going to keep happening.

I did ask if the liners would help and got no reply. I see we haven't gotten a reply about any kind of discount for early adopters yet. It seems to me that the liners should also help with the cracking problem so I'm even more interested now.

So, any progress on this?

As for the hardware, yes the liner kit will ship with new hardware.
