What happens if we dont relocate the evap canister with the relocated exhaust? How serious is the risk of problems? what are the problems?

I will have to look into this for you. I can't see there being a problem because our turn down exists just behind the bumper. I will see if I can find out for you on Monday.

The evap canister does not need to be relocated on any of the 4 door JK's. We have been running ours around with no heat or clearance issues at all! The mid pipe runs past it much like the stock exhaust and the muffler has more than enough clearance sitting behind it.

We recommend that 2 door JK's move the canister in order to give a little extra clearance with the muffler sitting next to the canister. The shorter wheel base means we didn't have room to put the muffler as far back so it sits along side the evap canister. I hope this helps.

Shipping with FedEx to your door would be $30.00. If you do decide you'd like to come up to pick it up...I'd be happy to show you around the shop.
