ACE JK Wide Tubular Fenders work on both 2 & 4-door Wranglers from 2007 though present. The frame is constructed from beefy 1.25 diameter tube with .083 wall thickness thats CNC mandrel bent. The fender is skinned with a 10" wide sheet of 16-guage thick mild steel, and then the whole package is texture-black powder coated for maximum durability and a beautiful finish.
Designed to match the factory fender width, these are the perfect choice for wheelers in states that require a full fender. The open design allows for maximum tire clearance during full articulation, giving your Jeep the freedom to climb whatever the trail throws at it. And the fenders are tough enough to withstand a good beating, in fact we've weight tested them to hold over 400 pounds!
Installation is relatively painless. We've utilized as much of the existing mounting points as possible, and require just a few holes to be drilled, as well as a few existing holes to be slightly opened up. The fender kit comes with complete stainless steel hardware, including nuts, bolts, washers, nutserts and a nutsert tool.
Lastly, we back it with our Lifetime Warranty. Even with a part like this that is a little more susceptible to damage, the story remains the same. You break it during off-road use, send it back to us and we will replace it free of charge, minus shipping costs. No questions asked.
All this for only $665? That's like half the price of the other guys? Yep, its the ACE way.
Current lead time on shipping is 4 to 6 weeks, based on demand.

Rebel/Ace,
What would be the largest size tire I could run with these flat flares if I'm running the factory Rubi suspension and still retain factory flexing? I didn't know if you'd installed these or the narrow ones on non-modified JK's .... trying to imagine a LCG setup with these flares, factory suspension, and 35's.
