Rugged Ridge Steel Front All Terrain Bumper for 2007-2013 Jeep JK Wrangler

Modeled after our XHD Modular Bumper System, but with the more budget-oriented consumer in mind, Rugged Ridge® set out to create an affordable yet strong and functional bumper system. With the All Terrain bumper system we developed a bumper that will retail very competively. The All Terrain Modular Bumper System is built from black powder coated steel and has a renewed focus on design and functionality. Owners can again design and build a bumper to fit their specific needs. The new Double X-Striker is an option currently exclusive to the All Terrain modular bumper system. A unique feature of this bumper is that it can be upgraded from a non-winch to a winch bumper. A removeable steel plate covers the winch area until the consumer is ready to add a winch.
Notes:
- All terrain bumper options are not compatible with any of the Xhd bumpers
- To add a winch you will also need to order 11541.13

1)Does this bumper accept the factory fogs. 2) does it come with the dring shackles and if not please add into quote. Either way can i get a quote for the bumper, winch plate, and dring shackles(if not included) to 27958. I think that is it unless you can get me a killer deal on a winch in the deal. Thanks in advance for your time

3.) winches are on sale for $259.99

2.) the d-rings are included
(FYI) Ordered this bumper 2 weeks ago. It comes with the d-ring mounts but NOT the d-rings themselves. My box was sealed so Im assuming they weren't just left out?
I installed the center base, winch plate, stubby ends, and hoop. Fit and finish is great. Solid bumper and lighter than my old ebay special one. Everything fit together perfectly including the factory fogs. Baseline also had the best deal running and shipped quickly. The parts are compatable with the xhd aluminum bumper also but NOT the original xhd (steel version), or at least my buddies stinger from his steel one would not fit my all terrain one.
