Northridge4x4- Poison Spyder Mid width Bumper Sale- Dont miss out!!
It is a great budget friendly kit. I have ran it on 2 different jeeps. For $555 you get coils, discos, bump stops, an adj front track bar, rear bracket, and brake line ext. Just add shocks. Nets 4" on a jk, 3.5" on a jku.
I went with the color match as Pep Boys had the color in stock. About to install. Last touch ups are drying and I still need to attach skid plate which is flat black and not dry yet. Wanted to share the idea I had with the cart. With two 2x4s I built a stand which I attached with clamps to a simple dolley. If I measured correctly, it should roll right to the front of my Jeep for attachment. With bumper, skid and winch weighing 200lbs, this should make things much easier.
Finally got it mounted. Rattle can Pep Boys color match. Took my time with primer and top coat and clear coat. Two tone with black bars. Skid plate also black.

This cart made it easy to roll 200lbs to the front of jeep and attach. Still need to get right and left top inside nuts.

Also need to finish the wiring for the spider back light. Have smoke plexi back lit by red LED. Show pics next weekend.

Very pleased with the quality and fit. Fuctionality and art combined.

I self etched primed and painted the back black. Then self etch primed the front and painted the tubes and fog light holes flat black. Let it set then taped the tubes and holes. Switched to red/orange buildup primer. Got it smooth. The painted with duplicolor then clear coated. All except the color was rustoleum. The color didn't look good until I bought buffing compound and buffed and buffed and buffed.
Still need to wire it up, but the Premium Finish looks awesome. Almost pulled the trigger on the Zeon. Sounds like it sits lower or wider requiring some adjustments for this bumper.
Where did you hear about the Zeon not fitting quite right? That is the exact combination I was planning to order but have paused. I think the Zeon and the PS mid width would look good together. I take it it has something to do with the width of the Zeon and the dip down in the bumper.
