You would think that a group as big as this would get some kind of discount. Other boards do from there venders.

 

I ordered the KC Daylighters and slimlight style covers on the 15th of May, and on the 18th of May, they are mounted and on the Jeep. Another quick order from Quadratec! (My 5th or 6th time ordering, all excellent!)

 

You would think.... I just totaled my order that i am making this week and it's around $900. (Gotta a bonus at work )

 

I will go out and say that I love quadratec, and use them whenever possible, but I think the way they do shipping turns some people off. They will price match anyone that gives free shipping, but it doesn't say that in big, bold, screaming letters on the order page. I think that if they just mentioned this, they would get more of the people who surf on in, as most people who price shop online do so very competitively, and will choose another company over as little as a dollar.

I still spend most of my money through quadratec though, because their shipping is fast, and their customer service is top notch (at least for me).

 

Does anyone know the real deal with the shipping? I bought a hitch the other day and they priced matched to include the shipping. Today I went to order floor mats and they price matched the item only and then said they don't price match the shipping part. What is the deal? Seems like everyone at Quadratec isn't playing from the same sheet of music. I figured I would call later and talk to another sales person.

All is well with Quadratec. I recieved my first order today, trailer hitch. Place the order I tried to place the other day and they did indeed price match to include the shipping cost. Must have talked to a new guy last week. Glad I could support the site and get a good deal.

 

Well I ordered the mojave wheels the first day they were listed on quadratec. Its now been over a month and still no wheels. I emailed them about it and the responce I got was that "drop ship items" can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for delivery. Well now its been about 6 weeks and thats what they are still telling me...

 

It's not neccessary Quadratec's fault but anything I ordered placed in "backordered" status and takes at least 3 weeks. Bestop Bikini, Trail Cover etc. all took over 3 weeks.

I ordered 2 x LANGE QUICK MIRROR II BLACK 2007+ JK on May 10. I'm still waiting... Last time I contacted them, they told me the mirros will be shipped by the end of May. It's June 4 and still "backordered"...

So, I ordered PJ front bumper at 4WD.com... Same thing... "Backordered". It's been almost 2 weeks.

 

My wife and kids bought me a Warn M8000 winch for Father's Day. I opened it up Sunday to install it and found that the gear housing was cracked and the insulation on one of the wires was stripped.

On Monday I called them and told em about it.

On Tuesday the old winch was on the way back to them.

On Wednesday, the new winch was delivered to my wife's work.
