Got my lights mounted up today. I am very surprised at how bright they are in such a small light! I put corrigated wrap around the wires and didnt use the blue taps that the kit came with, instead i used some connectors that have heat shrink ends to keep out the water. I didnt have to wire the switch to the inside because i have a stand alone unit in the engine bay so all i had to do was put my power and ground to that. Very happy with them though. Thanks gus!

Nope its either or. I did experience them both lights first hand two weeks ago an the flood puts out a nice broad pattern and the spot still gives off enough light to the side to help cover the shadows
