Rough Country's Dual Stabilizer!
ordered this kit on (1/15/09) and received it yesterday (1/21/09) when I ordered mine I let them know I was a member here and received no discount at all!! I also ordered the front diff protector and will order the rear soon. will post pics when installed
Has anyone had any trouble with the driver side bracket and the collar it butts up against. When I turn the steering wheel to the right, I cant get a full turn because the cylinder is bottoming out ????? ANy ideas ?
Ya' need to move the bracket. I had the same issue but on the passenger side....easily fixed.
I really liked this Dual Steering stabilizer from Rough Country while I could have it on my rig...
However... I recently upgraded my Front axle to the Dynatrac ProRock44 and the bracket for the stabilizer cannot fit around the axle...
I suppose if I were more motivated I could fabricate some kind of workaround to get this mod back on my rig,
but since the Jeep drives fine without a steering stabilizer I just haven't gotten around to it...
hum... or maybe one of these days Rough Country will make a new bracket to fit the larger axle housing
anyway... Just wanted to through that out there for those that are thinking about upgrading their axle

I'm having some issues with my RC dual stabilizer setup and I'm hoping someone has been there before and can comment. First of all, on the street I absolutely love this stuff. Even with 3" of lift and 35s it drives like it did stock. Second, I have a D30 in the front with a Solid diff cover and I've got no clearance issues. BUT......I went wheeling this past weekend, stuffed the driver's front pretty good and bound up the steering. Turns out my JKS adjustable front trackbar and the RC dual stabilizer system don't seem to play well together. The trackbar appears to have rotated the center mount for the stabilizers (the one that attaches to the axle with u-bolts) down into the tierod. Is there any solution for this or do I need to look for a different stabilizer setup?
