I want to let everyone know that I very impressed with the customer service and quick response to several questions I had about a product that I purchased from Rugged Ridge.

I purchased their rear bumper XHD with tire carrier and had several questions about how to install. I know it comes with instructions but they were slightly vague for the information I was wanting. I say this because the instructions showed that the carrier was suppose to be shipped into seperate pieces, and installed that way, but when it was shipped it was assembled. Anyways....

I sent the Rugged Ridge rep on this forum a PM this morning. Within about an hour I received a message back from him stating that he needed my contact info and would have someone contact me. I responded within a few minutes, and TADA!!! A Rugged Ridge tech called me and answered all my questions and even sent me a few stickers upon request.

This is what I call great service and support. Rugged Ridge keep up the good work and you will see more of my cash.

 

Luck for us this is standard from those guys. Great group of people to deal with.
