The Rusty's JK Advanced Kit comes with a complete set of replacement front and rear coil springs that are designed to maintain the excellent ride you're accustomed to while delivering substantially better off-road performance. The axles are properly centered under the frame with our front and rear adjustable track bars. Unlike many other systems, we avoid using wimpy brackets that break or over-stress the factory brackets on the axles due to additional leverage. The front axle is held in place by Rusty's front control arm system for proper camber and wheelbase adjustments, while adjustable lower arms are included for the rear to dial-in driveline angles. Rusty's standard (non-Rubicon) kits even include JKS sway bar quick-disconnects for additional off-road performance! Extended-length stainless steel brake lines are also included that provide the length necessary to accommodate the additional flex and suspension travel that this kit provides. Rusty's Hydro shocks round out this complete and very capable package.

Tired of slamming the tailgate on your JK? Has an oversize spare mounted on the factory tire carrier made the tailgate heavy and hard to open? Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way to hold the tailgate open? Rusty's Tailgate strut solves all of these problems at once!

Rusty's tailgate strut allows the tailgate on a JK to be open and shut in a controlled manner. When open, the strut helps hold the tailgate in place, and when shut, the strut stays out of the way and doesn't reduce cargo space. The kit includes all necessary hardware, the strut, and easy to understand instructions.

The LOCK-RIGHT's operation is fully automatic. Designed to send the engine power to the wheels with the most traction, the LOCK-RIGHT will help get you where you want to go. While traveling straight the LOCK-RIGHT will lock the axles together similar to a spool. However, when the wheels need to differentiate in a turn, the LOCK-RIGHT will allow the outside wheel to rotate faster to complete the turn. The internal gears on the LOCK-RIGHT will overrun each other to allow this differentiation. When operating off-road, the LOCK-RIGHT will always send the engine power to the wheels that need it most. For example, if you are rock crawling and one wheel is in the air (complete loss of traction), the wheel on the ground will receive the engine power and keep you going. Whether it be snow, sand, mud, ice, etc... the LOCK-RIGHT will give you the traction you need.

All of Rusty's bumpers are proudly Made In the USA! There's none of that flimsy imported stuff here; Rusty's bumpers have been Trail Tested Tough for over 30 years.

Rusty's Trail Front Bumper for the JK combines the protection you need for serious trail work with a look that's right at home when cruising your local hangout. The Trail bumper is constructed of 3/16" thick steel that has been laser-cut and CNC-formed for an exact fit. Our computer-aided design emphasizes strength while eliminating unnecessary weight. The ends of the bumper are tapered for improved clearance on the trail and to maximize approach angles, while a durable black wrinkle coat finish keeps the bumper looking good for years to come and matches the look of the fender flares. The bumper is also pre-drilled to accept most winches, so there's no need for an extra winch plate. This is one solid front bumper that won't let you down in the rough!

Rusty's Front Trail bumper is also packed with features you'd expect from much more expensive bumpers! Our JK bumper comes standard with two solid D-ring attachment points. You can also add the optional pre-runner bar, which adds protection for the winch and a pair of light tabs as well as an aggressive look. The light tabs were built to accommodate two small spot or driving lights, or a single Rigid LED light bar! It all adds up to one solid bumper that includes everything a serious off-roader needs along with the good looks to match!

Rusty's Trail Rear Bumper is constructed of 3/16" thick steel that has been laser-cut and CNC-formed for an exact fit. Our computer-aided design emphasizes strength while eliminating unnecessary weight. This bumper will also work with the factory rear receiver hitch. The ends of the bumper are tapered for improved clearance on the trail and to maximize departure angles, and comes standard with two solid D-ring attachment points. Just like the front, this is one solid rear bumper that won't let you down in the rough!

Please note the bumpers come standard in a Semi-Gloss Black Wrinkle powdercoated finish. Also note that the front pre-runner hoop shown in the pictures is an optional upgrade.
