All of Rusty's bumpers are proudly Made In the USA! There's none of that flimsy imported stuff here; Rusty's bumpers have been Trail Tested Tough for over 30 years.
Rusty's Trail Front Bumper for the JK combines the protection you need for serious trail work with a look that's right at home when cruising your local hangout. The Trail bumper is constructed of 3/16" thick steel that has been laser-cut and CNC-formed for an exact fit. Our computer-aided design emphasizes strength while eliminating unnecessary weight. The ends of the bumper are tapered for improved clearance on the trail and to maximize approach angles, while a durable black wrinkle coat finish keeps the bumper looking good for years to come and matches the look of the fender flares. The bumper is also pre-drilled to accept most winches, so there's no need for an extra winch plate. This is one solid front bumper that won't let you down in the rough!
Note: Will not accommodate a Zeon Series WARN Winch.
Rusty's Front Trail bumper is also packed with features you'd expect from much more expensive bumpers! Our JK bumper comes standard with two solid D-ring attachment points. You can also add the optional pre-runner bar, which adds protection for the winch and a pair of light tabs as well as an aggressive look. The light tabs were built to accommodate two small spot or driving lights, or a single Rigid LED light bar! It all adds up to one solid bumper that includes everything a serious off-roader needs along with the good looks to match!
Rusty's Trail Rear Bumper is constructed of 3/16" thick steel that has been laser-cut and CNC-formed for an exact fit. Our computer-aided design emphasizes strength while eliminating unnecessary weight. This bumper will also work with the factory rear receiver hitch. The ends of the bumper are tapered for improved clearance on the trail and to maximize departure angles, and comes standard with two solid D-ring attachment points. Just like the front, this is one solid rear bumper that won't let you down in the rough!
Please note the bumpers come standard in a Semi-Gloss Black Wrinkle powdercoated finish. Also note that the front pre-runner hoop shown in the pictures is an optional upgrade.

Rusty's JK Wrangler 5.75" Bolt-On Long Travel Kit - SALE!
Fits 2007-Current 2-Door and 4-Door JK Wranglers.
Rusty's newest version of our popular JK long travel kit is a bolt-on system. It uses many of the same components as our popular weld-on system but offers an easier installation for those that don't have the necessary welding skills and equipment. It's just as strong as our weld-on kit, and just like the rest of our products, it's trail-tested tough!
Rusty's JK Long Travel kit is the result of many hours of computer-aided design, prototyping in the shop, and extensive testing on the street and on the trail. We use our proven radius arm system in the front as well as the rear, something we had previously used only on local custom vehicles. Unlike many other JK long-arm systems, Rusty's JK system can be installed in just about any garage.
We spent many hours developing our bolt-on long travel mounting brackets using our keyed and tabbed bracket technology. In simple terms, the .25" thick brackets are laser cut and CNC formed. Once formed on the press brake, the keyed and tabbed technology brackets simply snap together like a puzzle. This means precision fit and exact placement of all the individual components that make up the mounting brackets without the use of a jig. Like the name implies, these brackets bolt into place using the supplied hardware; no welding is required.
The massive Rusty's control arms are constructed of 2" DOM tubing and use our Forged Flex Joints. These joints are adjustable to dial in caster and pinion angles, and can be serviced as well as rebuilt. Both the lower arm and the upper links are adjustable.
Due to the factory-style driveshafts that use Rezeppa-syle non-serviceable U-joints, we strongly recommend doing a driveshaft conversion for both front and rear driveshafts.
Please note that 2012-2013 JKs will require new exhaust crossover pipe for front driveshaft clearance. We offer a pre-bent crossover pipe separately:

Rusty's 2 inch suspension kit is economically priced, yet Rusty's used 3-D computer modeling to design the whole system. It provides clearance for 33 inch tires and more articulation, yet maintains the factory's excellent ride quality. The Rusty's kit comes with a complete set of replacement front and rear coil springs as well as a set of Rusty's Hydro shocks. The front coil springs have a 150-pound rate and the rear coils have a 170-pound rate for optimum ride quality.
