Default TeraFlex 4" Long Arm Installing NOW!!!

With less than 2 weeks before EJS 2008 I am finally getting to install a TeraFlex kit on my JK today!! I will post a link to pics of the install as we go along. There will be some pics posted here plus tons of pics on our webshots account. Myself and our R&D tech plan on about 10-12 hours or less to get this done. Pics will be posted soon. We will be installing a Rubi 44 front loaded with 5:13's and upgraded shafts front and rear.

Uploading photos now. My R&D guy is pulling parts off faster than I can pull new parts and take pics!! I figure it will more important to show pics of the bracket removal/ new bracket installs. So if there's a lag in posting please understand.

Looking good! Are you going to be running 37's?

HELO 17" wheels with 37" STT

Owner Mark and son Ben working on my Jeep. How cool is that to have the owner come lend a hand at this! And it's Ben's birthday also!

Looking good so far!

Do you plan on making your own driveshafts or buying off the shelf ones? Seems like I read that you guys had some in development but I can't remember.

I'm using TeraFlex driveshafts:
#4743200 front
#4744400 Rear

#4240300 (4 yokes) TeraFlex Yoke U-Bolt conversion
Hey these driveshafts now come with the new yokes. So you do not need to buy our shafts and the conversion yokes.

Ben melted the factory welds of the original control mounts on the frame. The mounts are coming of very easy. You have to be careful on the drivers side mounts of the FUEL LINES!! He only cut the bottom and sides then wiggled the mount back and forth to break it off.
