Called TeraFlex Plus and they wanted almost as much to install it. For that kind of money I'd just break out the Sawzall and install it myself.

It's not a simple bolt in job. However they are not to bad to install yourself.

I'm just a cheap & lazy bastard! I want someone else to do the work, I just don't want to have to pay for it.

Are you going to do any deals on the dual rate units? That's what I really want!

As for installing myself? I looked at the instructions and they don't look bad at all. Is there a write up on the install anywhere on the forum? It would be nice to have a bit more detail on the bits requiring a big hammer.

Maybe when they come in, just not sure on deals. No one here on the forum has done a writeup on the install. Did you download the instructions?

Exactly, I downloaded the instructions. The instructions gave me a good idea what the install will take, but there are a few fine details that I'm not quite sure about. If I had the parts in front of me to look at I'd probably be able to figure it out. The TeraFlex web site says the dual rate units are available this month so I'm crossing my fingers there might be a deal on those too before my trip to Moab in mid March. Also, since nobody has done a write up, I might have to do one myself. Can I borrow your RTI ramp when I'm done?

I will do a write up right after I purchase mine here real soon.

For all you Canadians concerned with not being able to take part in such a good deal due to boarder fees and shipping hassles call Stan at Northridge 4x4

maybe somone can help me. I have been waiting to throw on my st sway cause of weather and waiting on my new pumper. I took it out of the box to see what was involved. I think im missing two parts. Step 5 in the directions talks about two brackets that get bolted to the frame. I seem to be missing them. Here is what i have if somone could tell me what im missing that would be great

Did u get two boxes? I haven't installed mine yet either. But I think the brackets u are looking for came seperately in a smaller box.

nope just the one thin long box also i think the passanger sticker is on the wrong side? Also I might be wrong with this one but the knob for trail and street. Isnt street with the pin locked into the other bracket? if thats the case then the sticker for that is off too?
