Default Updated JK Kit

I'm following up on my promise to post pictures of our updated JK kit. This is the same kit that was in the Peterson's JK run-around in May 2007. In that test we won "Best Road Ride" and "Easiest to Install". Since we first released the kit we have made three significant changes due to the test and at the requests of our customers. These changes include; Drive Shafts, beefier control arms, and serviceable flex joints. This kit currently retails for about $2900 with drive shafts, and about $700 less without drive shafts.

With the arms straight we have a maximum offset of a 4" or less. We'll get you a more technical explaination tomorrow.

Hey Rustler,

The manufacturing is in Chino Valley, with the assembly and powdercoating done in Prescott (by the Airpark).

Yates, Do you guy's plan on a 3.5" kit? I unfortunately can't go any higher legally for a street vehicle in this state. I guess I need to move north.

Hey Greg,

We've got a 3" and 5" kit. Our biggest product line is the Performance Accessories body lifts. Are you looking for exactly 3.5 inches of lift?

3" is just right for 35" tires. 3.5 is the max legal amount in my state. I'll check out the site to see if it's out there. I'm getting ready to order adj arms first then spring and shocks so I wanted to see what you guy's had to offer.

Yates pretty much nailed it... We're just limiting the backspacing call out to work with our kit. There's still a WIDE variety of wheels to fit the need. We actually had some rims with a 4.5" backspacing on that jeep at one point and they only rubbed at full lock in full articulation really minor.

Edit... Actually now that I just looked at that photo again. The top picture has the 4.5" backspaced wheels on it that I was thinking about. The tires rubbed the lower arm in one extreme position at full lock only.
