Can't wait to order this and get going on the install. one question I had was in reference to the plate that covers the cargo slot on the dash, does this plate flip up? or once its set is it unmovable?

I am not sure I understand your question completely. The 2011-2012 E-Dock plate sits at the bottom of the cargo tray. It bolts into place, so it can be removed. The cargo tray can still be used to store items in with the E-dock in place. Let me know if that answered your question or not.

Thanks!

I think you took care of my question, it's not a super huge deal as I would still order it anyways.

Get your pictures ready. For the next few weeks, we will be running the following promo:

If you have a Vector Offroad product on your vehicle, post a picture of it on one of our official product threads, and get a 10% discount code that will be good toward your next purchase. Once you have posted a pic, send us a PM, and we will send you the discount code. The discount is only good for Vector Offroad products, and will apply to your entire order of Vector products(excludes chassis). So let's see some pics!

Received and installed mine a few weeks ago on my 2010 JKU Sahara. Absolutely love it!

Hacked up a cheap suction cup phone mount with a couple RAM mount parts to mount a jailbroken iPhone 3GS as a dedicated GPS unit and music player. Surprised it all worked.

RAM mount for iPhone 5

Drivers view.

On the center console above the touchscreen sits a Bluetooth GPS receiver that feeds GPS data to the 3GS (thus the jailbreak) Way more accurate than the A-GPS. Powering the receiver with a solar battery pack.

Stereo is the Kenwood DDX419

This looks like a great item. I was wondering if there were any pics of it mounted in a 2011-2012. I am really interested to see how it interacts with the holder on top of the dash.
