I slapped the aFe TBS on after I already had the aFe CAI, exhaust, tuner, and Firepower ignition. I honestly didn't notice any difference, but at least it didn't whistle. Not sure how something less than 1/2" thick is supposed to make a difference, even if it's got neat little swirly notches in it. I'd put that money towards other things first that actually do make a difference. Then, if you have some money to burn (like I did at the time) you can add the TBS to your collection of performance mods. Super easy install. Just my

 

I've been thinking about a TBS... A buddy of mine works at the dealership and strongly believes you should not get one... But I see them everywhere and want one!

A friend of mine is a Chrysler master tech, he put one one his hemi 300 and said there was a difference but he had an intake and was running two tuners simultaneously, it's a cheap mid I can afford...but now I gotta worry about a cracked driver side exhaust manifold

 

Waste of money for maybe one hp

 

I have one. Installed it at the same time I put on the Banks CAI. Both were a complete waste of money, IM(not so)HO.

 

Get one!! You will be able to burn rubber on all fours! Lmao.....

 

I've had cars that I've burned rubber on all fours...this jeep will never even come close

 

I have one in my 06 charger and i agree it doesnt do much of anything other than whistle and make people think u got a turbo. Save ur money unless u got money to burn. This will b one of the last things I install on my jku
