Great success with our Wednesday Night Net on 7.225 at 01:00 UTC/GMT (9PM EST).

We also had a Saturday morning Net at 02:00 UTC/GMT (10AM EST). We hosted that on 7.225 but will be hosting future Saturday Nets on 20 meters by Member Request from the West and SW participants.

Come join the fun!

Very cool. I'll have to stop by soon! 73 K5PO

Edit: just realized this was in the "Staging Area" sub forum. It doesn't show which staging area on my mobile app. Are you based out of a specific area?

Just purchased my first HAM Radio and have a class starting in a couple weeks to get ready for the test. Finally looks like after over 20 years of talking about getting my HAM Licensee I am actually going to do it. Looking forward to joining the group.

That's great! It's a wonderful hobby. A suggestion I always give to those seeking thier first license: Go ahead and study for both your Tech and General. The options really open up with general so you might as well start studying for both. Who knows, you may pass both tests on the first try! (I did)
