Default 07 Rubi Rear Locker Issues!!!!!!!!

So I had my Rubicon in because the Rear locker gets stuck on!
So the dealer replaces the module? And this temoparily fixes the problem,
So then im out wheeling and the damn thing gets stuck on again...
So the dealership orders a new Diff...

The Diff hasnt gone in yet, however I've seen on here a few threads about rear locker troubles, and maybe getting the locker replaced, or a new axle will completly fix the issue?

For those who were having this issue, what eneded up being done to completly solve the problem??? It's a serious pain having this locker stuck on!!!!!

!!!!!!!!!!

JKFreek - pm atomicmecha. He had this very problem and the dealer corrected it. I don't recall what they had done though.

I had the same issue and the dealer replaced the entire locker/diff assembly. That was about 4 hard wheelin trips ago and thus far...no issues.
