Default '08 Clutch Question

I have a '08 JK and it is currently at the dealer for some warranty work. While the Jeep was apart the dealer contacted me to let me know that the clutch disc needed to be replaced. I have been to the dealer and personally looked at this issue and it does in fact need replacement. As it turns out, they are not trying to rip me off. They have offered to replace the parts and not charge me labor (I can bring my own parts) since the vehicle is already apart. I do not know anything about clutch systems, other than the disc and flywheel wear similar to that of disc brakes. My question is: Should I replace the pressure plate and turn the flywheel along with the clutch disc? The total cost to replace the disc/pressure plate and turn the flywheel is $425 with a 12 month warranty on parts and service. Does this sound reasonable for parts alone? The dealer has enlisted the "the clutch man" to do the work. Does anyone have any reviews or experience with "the clutch man" from the metro Atlanta area? Also, I have heard that Mopar is currently the only company that makes a reliable clutch system for JK's. Would any other OE parts be as reliable as what I hear about Mopar?

Jeep does not recommend replacing the flywheel

That sounds like a good deal. I'd not replace the flywheel, just have it turned to smooth it out.
