Probably going to take awhile for the parts area to catch up. I know people have also been trying to find the new net panel for the console and haven't seen any luck with that one yet either.

 

you have months before you can grab this from a parts dept. You can't even order an 09 on Jeep.com yet

 

That part number is correct. As far as finding it online, it takes Chrysler a while to update their websites with new model year info.

If you want the tow hook tho, there is no need to wait. Call your local Jeep parts department with that part number. There is ample stock in the national warehouse. Depending on your location, it could take up to 3-4 days for your dealer to get it. I called 3 dealers and got the same info

 

Does anyone had actually instaled the hook on a 07/08?
Will it need anything else?

Kit is complete with mounting hardware. May or may not work with certain aftermarket bumpers.

Why no snag one, throw that baby on and post up some pix- you could be the first with an 09 tow hook (except the folks with 09's of course)

 

The European model come with them from the start (2007), So they should be available.
