Question 1st gear shudder

I have a stock 2 DR 08 JK with just over 4000 miles. I don't drive it every day.
After letting it sit for a couple of days, taking off in 1st gear the jeep shudders until i get rolling, it feels like I have to run the clutch for it not to happen. It does go away after a few hrs of driving.
Any ideas...

Do you have the clutch squeel? We just got a new clutch installed and its a million times smoother then the original one. The old one felt like a school bus, it got worse once it got hot though.

My 07 2 DR auto does the same thing. Mine only does it on the very first shift after it a has sat for a day or so. It will not do it again while I drive that trip and may not come back for a few days or so. Very intermittent. Also if I am backing out (using reverse first) it will not do it. I spoke with the dealership, of course they have no idea.

My 08 does this too. If it's sat over night, it does it just as I pull away from the curb. It's like it's slipping out of gear or something. And I don't do jackrabbit starts, either. Weird....
