Default 2 door cargo question

Can anyone tell me how large the cargo area is (in inches) in the rear of the 2 door with the seat folded up? I just need to know how deep really. I know the width. I am guessing the seat folds up like the old ones.

Does the seat remove also?

Thanks,

Joe

Not sure. We have a 4 door now, and thought about replacing my daily driver with the 2 door, just wonder if the space with the seat out was similar to the space behind the seat on the 4 door.

I think I have a little over 3 feet behind the rear seat of the 4 door.

That sounds about right for the two door with the rear seat out. Last gun match I went to, I fit my rifle case, pistol case, gun cart, and luggage all back there with no problems. Next time, I'll just fold the rear seat up instead of removing it, as there will still be plenty of room.

Yes the seat comes out easily, and it is about 48" from the front seats to the rear tailgate without the rear seat. I fit 3-33" tires lined up against the seat and one 11.5" wide tire behind them.

Just in case anyone would like to know, I found a good cooler that fits perfectly behind the 2-door seat when in use. You have to put in on the side of the tailgate without the hump, though. It's a wheeled Igloo MaxCold 40qt cooler. At $31, I highly recommend it.
