2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 149k miles, would not start like a fuel delivery issue. Just keep trying to turn over. Dropped the tank changed the fuel pump then had the same issue. Kept searching knocked on fuel relays and started like stuck relay. Bought 2 new relays and now happening again intermittently. Swap relays out Jeep running. I am stumped now. Could it be another electrical issue, could it be the entire fuse box, wire harness?

Hey there - were you ever able to figure this out? I'm having similar symptoms w/ my 2008 Sahara. Seems like a fuel delivery issue; keeps trying to turn over. I REALLY don't want to change the fuel pump, so I'm hoping it's something else like a relay.
