2008 JK Rubicon HELP solve overheating issue!
I live in Cabo San Lucas Mexico and am trying to solve my other heating issue from a JK that I purchased with only 25K miles 6 months ago.
Issues
Overheats when the AC is on every time. I can sometimes drive with the AC on low, but it will eventually over heat after 30 minutes on a hot day.
A couple times it’s overheated with the AC OFF.
Attempts to repair
Jeep Dealership tired to figure things out but nothing resulted in a solution and I’m back to square one after these repairs.
Fan Motor replaced and fan
Water Pump replaced
Thermostat replaced
Radio has been checked and flushed
Electrical has been checked and confirmed to be working
Any suggestions as to what to check next? As I’m hoping that someone can point me in the right direction, as I’m not a mechanic..yet!
Thanks,
Brad

Did they check that the fan is kicking to high speed when the AC is turned on? The cooling fan should immediately switch to high speed when you turn on your AC. Two reasons for it not to do this. First, the high speed fan relay (behind the driver headlamp) could be bad. Second, the switch on the AC line (grey plug coming out of the AC compressor) could be bad.
