Filed my complaint. Will be calling Chrysler and the dealer tomorrow. Even though they told me $95 diagnostic fee when I told them what's wrong with it.

Add me to the clockspring list. Just filed complaint and had it changed at the dealer. Called Jeep and they were as useless as tits on a bull.

Old thread, but I'll be filing mine today. I may replace it soon, but will be happy to get my money back some day.

Lol may be old but the issue is still real. I filed my complaint in February of last year and still haven't fixed mine. I'll fix it one day.

If you guys want to replace them send me a message with your vin # , I will get you the best price I can as I know this is a major issue and pain with these..
