I think the question was poorly asked and a little more background info would have been helpful:

I read it as if you were asking if the 2007 soft top would work with the 2010 surrounds. Most people know the surrounds themselves can be installed, since the "Can a complete 2010 soft top be put on a 2007 Jeep" question has been answered a million times YES, but some windows and other parts are not interchangeable.

I'm pretty certain the 2007,08,09 tops will NOT engage a 2010 surround, nor will a 2010 top lay flat on a 2009 or older door surround.

Amurecah: that's how they say America in Texas.

But in all seriousness I want to put out a poll and just ask people if they are just sarcastic sons of guns or truly deeply jag bags. There is plenty of people on here that freak out at the smallest thing. There's medication for that. Haha

Hell yes. Maybe its the lack of people who actually have experience and the willingness to take sage advice. I am soooo sick of the usual "Ummmm my jeep doesnt drive like a Porsche, chrysler is a bunch of monkeys throwing shit at the design board." As far as the OP goes, YOU'RE a dick.

Just some courtesy to those trying to help would be nice. I mean, isnt that why you posted in the first place? To look for help with something you weren't sure about? Then when someone chimed in, you gave them shit about it. That severely irks me. But i'm getting ready to drink beer and work on my jeep, because i have the mechanical ability to do so, without asking questions on this forum. When i do have a question, i will gratefully accept all responses, because even if they are wrong, i'm one step closer to getting my problem figured out.

Why'd you ask if you already knew the answer?
