Default 2010 and No Rake?

So I am admittedly a newb with jeeps. I have been looking at levelling kits and budget boosts. They all appear to have a larger lift in the front then the back. But my jeep unlimited didnt appear to have any rake at all. So tonight I measured several ways. What made the most sense as the lowest point of the front fender by the drivers door and the lowest point of the rear fender by the back door. The front is about a 1/4 inch higher. I also ran along the lowest point of the body and it is higher...slightly...in the front.

Am I crazy? If I do a kit won't I really notice the extra inch in the front?

There are budget boosts and lifts out there that are the same lift on both ends. I think a leveling kit, by definition, will be higher in the front.

Keep this in mind: once you upgrade to an aftermarket bumper - and you will - the weight in the front will need to be offset. THAT is why a lot of jeepers like the leveling kits.
