Default 2010 unlimited dual tops

Hi Folks - Looking to see if there are any quick tips for changing out the 2010 4-door hard top to the soft top.

Check out the write ups. I put 4 eye bolts in the garage ceiling. I back into the garage & use some heavy duty ratchet straps to lift the top off. After I pull out I hang a shelf on chains from the same bolts & raise it until the top is resting on it. Then I lift each corner a couple links at a time until it is high enough to duck under, or until I get too tired to continue.

Thanks - I am more worried about putting on the soft top for the first time. I have partially removed the hard top alone when i removed the factory stored soft top. I think with 2 guys, it will not be a problem. I am diving into the DVD which seems kind of worthless for mounting the soft top yourself. It was ok for removing the hardtop. I need to print the PDF owners manual for that section. Gotta make sure i have a dvd player handy for mounting the windows though...

The top is pretty sraight forward ..the side plastic pieces go on only one way and the screw in knobs go on the top..Then open the top and zip in the sides..the 2 plastic pieces go next to the tailgate ..put the back window in and the the back tailgate rail then do the front latches.

watching the dvd helped as I haven't done one since my YJ...way easier now!!

Thanks I listed all of the tools and parts needed. I am going to try to document the job while i do it to make it easier for the next guy but mailny because my memory is so bad. The hard top removal looks like a snap and I will attempt with 2 guys. I have to make some measurement but think I have room in a shed for the hard top, if not it will be sitting on the garage floor for the weekend - on a rug or blanket of course.
