Default 2011 Jk Sport with O2 sensor readings in all 4 sensors

Hi people, I just adopted a 2011 JK Sport (from my fiance) and I have codes in all 4 oxygen sensors (heater circuit codes, P0135, P0141, P0155 and P0161). The jeep has 68,500 miles on it, so I replaced all 4 sensors just for maintenance. There was only 1 sensor with a faulty heater circuit that measured around 45ohms. The other sensors

were good. I have the same codes after I cleared and replaced the sensors. Does this jeep have an oxygen sensor fuse? Is there a ground wire issue in this model? Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi, I checked the ground terminal of one o2 connector and there was continuity to ground on the engine block. Now, can someone confirm if I turn the ignition switch to the on position without turning on the engine would that send +12v to the oxygen sensors? Because I have 0V at the sensors when I just put the ignition key on. I didn't turn on the engine since the connector is close to the exhaust and don't want to get burned. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I just checked for voltage on the O2 plug by turning on the engine and there is voltage (at least in the one sensor that I checked). I now believe its the pcm. Any thoughts before I buy one? Thanks
