Default 2011 Oil Leak Above Oil Pan?

I was crawling around under my 2011 JKU Rubicon this past weekend and noticed this small leak coming from above the oil pan. Has anyone noticed this on theirs? I only have 14k on the Jeep. I dropped it off at the dealer today but I'm wondering what he is going to tell me?

Did you recently get your oil changed and it's just residue from filling or spilling a little?

I know on my gf's truck when they change the oil, sometimes a little gets on the surrounding parts and they wash it off but still some remains.

Just keep an eye on the levels(check the dipstick), check underneath when it's parked to see if there are drops of oil.

Thanks for the response. I was actually getting ready to change the oil and just crawling around inspecting everything like I normally do before an oil change when I noticed the area in question. I've haven't seen any indications of oil on the concrete below the Jeep so I have to assume that there isn't an active drip.

Yea, you're probably good to go. Glad to hear you are on top of things though bc we all know, anything with leaking oil can lead to some big problems...
