2012 Auto Transmission Bump Shift Issue

I thought these new transmissions were completely electronic ??
My trans every now and then will bump shift what feels like into third maybe sometimes second.
Like if I accelerate some getting to 20 in or around this range and let off it bump shifts.
Just like my old 97 and 98 Grand Cherokee.
Anyone else ??

The time I thought mine did that I was driving 75 down the highway and all of a sudden my engine was reving and I had dropped gear. My wife likes to sit with her left leg up and she had bumped the shifter. It just takes a light tap. Don't know if that is a possibility in your case.
