Default 2012 gripes

not a huge deal, but 2 gripes about the 2012.

i try to load a few pix onto my dash monitor but they wont stay on the hardrive. i press "save" so i duno why they get wiped out. i've tried it a few times now. anybody else with this prob??

the heated seats button. one push turns them on. but if you want to go to the low setting (requires 2 pushes)....you have to press like 3,4, 5 times. seems a little slow to react or something??

i know these features are "fluffy", unneccessary stuff but i wana know whats up. they're there and i wana use em!

Ive had a hard time finding a place to engage 4wd. All the off road driving I do (work) I really have a hard time getting this joker bogged down much less stuck in 2wd!

And I thought there was nothing wrong with the 2012's... I don't feel so bad as a 2011 owner (well not really). I was a little more concerned about being an early adopter of the new model with engine/transmission issues in a new platform. Anyone had anything more serious for those of us who may trade up?

jgerhard, I traded my 07 which was a great vehicle for a 2012 Rubicon Unlimited (auto). The 12 is far superior on the road, especially at highway or interstate speeds (smooth with no constant kick down) and I am getting 1-2 mpg better so far. I haven't been able to take it off road yet as I am recovering from ankle surgery but can hardly wait.
My only gripe at this point in time is the payments in front of me!

I have a 1,000 miles on mine no issues. I can save pics and randomize my music with no problem. My seat heater buttons seem to work properly too. NO LEAKS EITHER.

And yes, I am 100% glad I traded my 2011 Rubi for a 2012 Rubi!!
