Just picked up my 2 door 6 spd sahara on saturday and i love it ! I ordered it with the 3.73 gears and it actually runs 300 rpm higher at 70mph than my 3.8 auto with 3.73's. Thats ok as i will be putting bigger tires on. It is true that the clutch uses the brake master cylinder resevoir.

I should be picking up my 2012 JKU Rubi 6spd hopefully today if it ever arrives at the dealership... If not, I guess first thing next week.

Yup! They both share the same reservoir.. but if there is a hydraulic fluid loss in either system, there is a divider in there that will still allow use of the other (good) system.

(Hope that makes sense.)

Makes perfect sense and thanks, haven't had a chance to crawl around the underside yet and check everything out.
