Default 2012 Oil Leak

So new 2012 JK and I've noticed oil coming from the rubber o ring plug on the passenger side. It looks like its the transmission but the fluid looks to be oil. Has anyone else noticed this. I cleaned it really good about 2 weeks ago and now see it again. Click image for larger version

Default Figured out... finally

So after 2 trips to the dealer they finally spent some time to figure out what was leaking.
Turns out it wasn't oil but Tranny fluid...
I was told there was a crack on a weld near the transmission pump.
They replaced the tranny pump and torque converter, fulshed out the system and put her back to gether.
