Having a weird issue where my 2012 Rubicon won’t start. Bled the brakes out, brake warning light came on. Did it again and no it won’t start. I can hear the relays under the dash click and the starter is brand. New, banging on the starter did not help. Not throwing any codes.

Is there some kind of dealership level BS that needs to be reset here?
