Default 2012 steering wheel click - is it the clock spring?

Here is a video of a problem I am having with my Jeep:

2012 Wrangler Steering wheel click - YouTube

I took it to the dealer today and they said it wasn't loud enough for them to tell what the problem is... but too their credit they did offer to order parts, but they wanted me to wait till it got louder. I might end up taking to to a different dealer, but I wanted to throw the video up here to see if anyone knew what might be the issue... do you think I should have them order a new clockspring and put it in or do you think its something else?

well I took it to another dealership and they seemed a lot more concerned about this. They had a tech climb in and look under the dash and poke around. He pulled out some electical tape that was left over inside the dash but didn't find the problem. I am dropping it off at that dealership on wednesday and hopefully they will figure it out.

We are a single car (jeep?) household so I will have to get a rental and most likely even if they find the problem they will have to order a part and install so all in all this will likely cost me a little over $100 even if its 100% covered under warranty when I take into account time off from work and rental car costs but thats how it goes.

Well its at another dealership today getting looked at... I went ahead and got a rental car and drove to work but before I left I stopped by my Jeep to get a few things out and they had my steering wheel taken apart with the airbag and clockspring out... he was still hearing the clicks. So I am glad I didn't just have the other dealer order a clockspring. Hopefully they figure it out today.

Just got a call from the dealership... they are putting a new steering column in now. Seems a little drastic to me but I am glad they had that part available and hopefully that should get rid of the problem.
