take the offer
Take the offer and sell the Jeep.
If you decide to keep it at least take off the leveling kit. It should not make a difference, but they can never say it was your fault. If you still have problems with the new parts and no Kit on there then I would think you have more leverage with the manufacturer.

I've got a stock 2012 with 27K on it with zero issues
