So, I've got the computer and can scroll to the setting where I should be able to turn Hill Start Assist on and off. However, when I push the bottom arrow to change the setting, nothing happens.

Is there a secret to turning this function on and off?

I've read threads with JK's that are not equipped with the electronic control center that involve turning the ignition on and off or spinning the wheel right and left while activating the parking break and left signal, etc... Is it the same if you have the computer?

 

Don't know about the computer. My JK is almost stripped except for AC. The DANCE works. Hill Assist sucks. Have driven a few other vehicles with it, but the one in the Wrangler is by far the worst. Try the steering wheel dance. You'll be much happier.

Ha! Never got back around to posting, but the computer works now. I was able to just switch it off. Must have been something silly like having parking brake set, who knows...
