Apologize if listed prior, but can't find in any searches.

I've developed a "surge" in shifts from 3rd to 4th occasionally. It revs up about 300-500 rpms and then shifts. It always shifts, but it doesn't always surge. Sometimes shifts smooth. I've checked level and it was fine, but I'm going to check this afternoon again. My question is that searching I've seen that it could be Overdrive Solenoid. Has anyone had a similar issue and this resolved? Looks relatively simple to drop pan and replace, but asking pros before I go down that road if have to.

I have a 2014 JKU Automatic with 33" and no other changes to drivetrain.
