2014 stock wrangler JK

My wife jeep is reving very high when peddle is pressed down. When driving and shifting gears the RPM will almost redline. I have cleaned the Throttle body but had no effect.

any ideas would be appreciated

Welcome to the forum! Is it manual or automatic transmission? Sounds like worn out clutch if manual or could be a number of things if its automatic.

Sounds like throttle position sensor but it should be throwing codes if that is the case.
