2016 Tons of codes
Oaky, back story time. I have a 16 Rubicon on 40s that the clutch went out in December of 2020. In January I replaced the clutch while the Jeep was down I decided to go ahead and do the Oil filter housing being the leak that was there had started to really pump out some oil. Went from not even noticing any lost before an oil change to having to put a quart in every couple of weeks. Everything seemed to go along great. Apparently something was dropped in the intake (possibly) and when the engine cranked well.... BOOM.... Removed the oil pan after all kinds of noises and a piston just hit the ground... Ordered a used Caravan engine being it was literally half the price of another Jeep engine with twice the miles. Replaced the usual to make it work and put it in. It made some crazy noises when first cranked that lead me to find out the 3.6 had bad lifter issues. Narrowed the noise to the driver's side lifter and found two bad. While end there I saw there was a bad load on the cam. Being I am cheap I used the old cam off my other issue because that just wasn't an issue. Had a hard time figuring how to get the phaser back on because I didn't buy the proper tools. Ended up going months without messing with it. After cam and all was installed engine runs great.
Now the issue(s). Everything is back together and now I am throwing numerous codes and my ac isn't working at all. Isn't even getting power.
Codes are:
B1630, B2300, P1273, B162C, P0158, P0152, P0138, P0132, P0013, P0023, P0010, P0020, P0032, P0052, P0058, P0038, P06DA
Now mind you with this many codes I figured and have been told by many a older mechanic that it had to be a ground issue. I actually did find one of my grounds a little rough and replaced it to no avail. Codes won't cause the engine light to come on at first. I actually had the engine running in the driveway for hours with nothing popping up until I killed the engine and cranked it back up. Engine seems to run fine, pulls fine and all like it should.
I don't have a clue what to do other than just throw parts at.

For AC there is a wire that goes through the (2008 instructions here) C100 firewall connector just to the passenger side of the brake booster. In there (2008 Jeep anyway) there is a blu/yel wire that will give 12V if the clutch is truly energized. If no power then plug a scanner in and see a) if you have AC pressure (should be around 70psi reading, (engine off) and if not you lost fluid somewhere, and b) start it up and see if the AC on command is there when you call for AC on the dash. All the other codes need to be cleared to see if they stay away.
