How did you get your dealer to do that work without contacting Chrysler? I've had two different dealer's service departments look at mine and they both told me Chrysler won't okay the repair as these transmissions do this. I'd like to hear how to get the work past Chrysler corporate.

I had(and still have the ticking noise(refer to nsg370 trans ticking thread)dealer replaced throw out bearing,no change, took it back, said was due to uneven wear on pressure plate springs and my dime for new clutch.I blew up, their foreman looked into it,found my flywheel was had excess runout, claimed the clutch as progressive damage from flywheel(major component still covered under warranty)claim went thru, shifts great but still got ticking noise when hot, pedal released, now sounds like might be a tsb out for this and yet another part# for clutch assembly.I always thought trans to blame but since clutch+flywheel replaced 1st to 2nd upshift is much better,I've been told numerous times by dealer that difficult shift is just "nature of NSG370 trans"kinda blows that out of the water
