Default 3.8 L oil filter relocation?

Ok, so I'm sure everyone that has a 3.8 JK is aware of the mess you get when you pull the oil filter during an oil change and yes there are things you can do to minimize the mess but I want to know if anyone has ever installed a filter relocation kit like one of these:

Has anyone ever installed this kit or a similar kit?

Go ahead with the install and document it thoroughly. My oil filter is a pain to change with other accessories under the hood. Maybe I wouldn't even have room for something like that, but it's a nice thought.

That might help with the notorious dry start issue.

I just hold a small Tupperware container under it and don't spill much at all.
