Without a problem.

Some people even put 35's on the stock carrier.

You'll be fine. The tire itself will just sit on the rear bumper and wont block the 3rd light at all.

You should pick up some Daystar Extended Tailgate Bump Stops. I have them, and they work perfect...

Weird. I don't get much bounce at all. If I did, I would be concerned with damaging the tailgate.

That is why I am looking at getting a new tire carrier now. I can't get it to stop bouncing no matter what I do. I am sure if I don't do something somewhat soon I am going to destroy my tailgate

No problem fitting the 33 on the stock tire carrier. I have had mine on for about a year. I have noticed that the rear door rattles a little more going over bumps as opposed to when I had the stock tire or no tire on. But, that's about it. I will eventually be putting a tire carrier/bumper combo on, but that's not very high on my list.
